Villa Manise is a contemporary villa situated on the hillside of Rooi Catootje in Curacao. Its lush garden filled with many varieties of flowers and plants, flowing ponds and waterfalls surround one the most spectacular infinity edged pools.

Enjoy the sounds of waterfalls, birds and the gentle breeze blowing through the palm trees while you enjoy an " alfresco " supper or a glass.

Villa Manise is located in one of the islands most exclusive residential areas. The beauty of this villa is that you are close to
everything ( several restaurants and shops are nearby ), yet when you are at the villa you have the feeling that you are far away in your own piece of paradise.

In reality you are in the outskirts of Willemstad, just 15 minutes away from the airport and less than 10 minutes away from Punda and Otrabanda - Curacao's historic town center with beautiful architecture. You're also just a ten minute drive away from Curacao's many beautiful beaches.

This glorious contemporary villa has seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, a fitness room ( can be converted into an additional bedroom upon request ), a conference room, Jacuzzi by the pool, outdoor dining area, and an outdoor entertainment area featuring a bar, kitchen, big screen TV, complete sound installation.

Enjoy the tranquility of this unique villa without ever having to leave it. Guests are may if required use a local concierge service to make their island stay even more enjoyable. From a romantic candle light dinner at the villa prepared by a private Chef, a masseur for a relaxing full body massage, chartering of a private yacht for deep see fishing or to tour the island, swimming with dolphins, restaurant reservations at Curacaos' best restaurants, and anything else you desire. You will truly not miss the beach when you see the stunning setting for the beautiful swimming pool !

Villa Manisé offers a very private and exclusive stay. The villa has a rear entrance which is ideal for those guests who want total anonymity. No one will even see who's staying at the villa.

To make your stay as comfortable and personal as possible, we have prepared a list of services that are available to guests :

Private chauffeur in luxury vehicle or SUV. There is no better way to explore the island than with your own personal chauffeur. Chauffeur is available for 4 hours, 8 hours or 24 hours a day

Rental vehicles. If you prefer to drive yourself, then we can have a vehicle delivered to Villa Manisé for you. We are able to assist you with rentals of luxury vehicles including BMW, Chrysler, Jeep, Mercedes Benz, etc

Personal protection. For those who are used to personal protection, we can arrange professional private bodyguards available around the clock

Private cook. Renting a villa does not necessarily mean that you want to do your own cooking. For those who want the convenience and privacy of a villa but want to be pampered and served like a resort guest, we can arrange a private cook who can prepare your meals according to your specifications

Grocery shopping. Guests can send a list of all items they would like to have placed in the villa before their arrival

Private meals. Those who do not need a private chef but want to have some private meals arranged at the villa, we can offer the following options

Typical local barbeque feast. You should not checkout before you have enjoyed this local style barbeque feast! The chef will do all the work for you. All you have to do is grab hold of a cool drink and get your taste buds ready for a savory treat.

Indonesian buffet. Manisé is a Bahasa Indonesia word (language spoken in Bali, Indonesia), meaning sweet. So your stay in Villa Manisé would not be complete without savoring a variety of Indonesian dishes. Our local Indonesian cook can prepare a wonderful Indonesian buffet for you.

Sandwich and salad lunch. We can prepare a buffet with a variety of sandwiches, salads and tropical juices

Get the true flavor of Curaçao ! Try samples of a variety of local dishes right in the comfort of your villa. Stew dishes, goat meat, stuffed Dutch cheese, local vegetables, and typical local deserts

Seafood extravaganza. Let our chef prepare a seafood feast with all the best seafood dishes available on the island

Cleaning service. Cleaning service from Monday to Friday is included in rental. Additional cleaning on weekends and holidays can be arranged
Ironing service. Don't want to waist any of your previous time on the island doing chores? Our staff can take care of all ironing for you
Life entertainment.

Why put on a CD when you can enjoy life entertainment? We can arrange anything from steel band, harpist, saxophone player, local dance tunes, or a DJ.
Private massages. You can choose from a relaxing 35 minutes massage up to a 60 minutes full body massage. Either outside by the pool, in the garden, on a terrace or indoor in the exercise room or in the living area of your suite
Private Secretary. For those executives who will combine business with pleasure, we can offer a multi lingual freelance secretary with more than 15 years of experience

Airport Transfer. We can arrange airport transfers to and from Villa Manisé

Prices as follows :

Up to 8 Guests : 15th February to 16th October 2007 : €920 euros per night
Up to 10 Guests : 15th February to 16th October 2007 : € 1,150 euros per night
Up to 12 Guests : 15th February to 16th October 2007 : € 1,350 euros per night
Up to 16 Guests : 15th February to 16th October 2007 : € 1,750 euros per night

One day events: Quotation available upon request.

Rates are inclusive of 12% service fee & 5% local tax.

A rental agreement will be issued for each reservation between owner and guests and is required with reservation deposit to guarantee all reservations.
